Subsea 7 and Royal IHC successfully launched the fully integrated reel-lay vessel SEVEN VEGA. The ceremony took place at IHC’s shipyard in Krimpen aan den IJssel, The Netherlands, and was performed by Monica Th. Bjørkmann, Vice President for Subsea 7 in Norway.

Fugro supports two ocean mapping initiatives with large crowd sourced bathymetry contribution

NUI selecting Optime Subsea to supply two hyperbaric pressure chambers

NUI, the Bergen, based Norwegian independent hyperbaric research and test facility, has agreed to purchase two very large hyperbaric pressurechamber systems, with a working pressure of 700bar and 1 000bar, this is equivalent to 7km and 10km water depth, from Optime Subsea in Notodden, Norway an offshore controls provider.
