The platform has capacity to process up to 180,000 barrels of oil and 6 million cubic meters of natural gas per day

Twenty-two wells, 14 oil and gas production and eight water-injection, will be connected to the FPSO.

The platform has capacity to process up to 180,000 barrels of oil and 6 million cubic meters of natural gas per day.

Oil will be taken off the platform by shuttle tankers, and natural gas via a pipeline connecting the platform to the Campos Basin gas distribution network.

The platform’s oil processing and gas compression modules were built in Rio de Janeiro and taken to the Estaleiro Atlântico Sul shipyard in Ipojuca, Pernambuco state, where the electrical panels and main power generation modules were built and all modules integrated to the platform’s hull.

The new platform will operate in conjunction with production platforms P-52, P-54 and P-55, already deployed in the Roncador field.

This is one of the company’s strategic projects in the 2014-2018 Business and Management Plan.
